COMPREHENSIVE COVER

We cover accidental loss or damage to your vehicle and your legal liability for third party (including passenger) injury and property damage. You will also enjoy:

  • Free unlimited windscreen cover
  • Cover against legal liability to third party resulting from negligent acts of passenger
  • 24-hour towing services from our approved workshops for accident-related breakdowns

You can also extend your protection by paying additional premium to include covers against:

  • flood and windstorm
  • strike, riot and civil commotion

For comprehensive cover, you can opt for either of the 2 plans:

Approved Workshop Plan

  • If you wish to claim against your own insurance, all accident repairs must be carried out at any of our approved workshops unless your vehicle is still under the manufacturer's original warranty (not including extended manufacturer's warranty). However, even if your vehicle is still under the manufacturer's warranty, you must still carry out your windscreen replacement at one of our approved workshops;
  • When you replace your windscreen at any of our approved workshops,
    - no limit is imposed on the cost of replacement;
    - your No-Claim-Discount (NCD) will not be affected

Non-Approved Workshop Plan

  • Accident repairs may be carried out at any non-approved workshop of your choice;
  • However, for windscreen replacement carried out at a non-approved workshop, the maximum amount we will pay is $500 for each claim.

“THIRD PARTY, FIRE & THEFT” COVER

We cover loss or damage to your vehicle caused directly by fire or theft as well as your legal liability for any third party injury or property damage.

“THIRD PARTY ONLY” COVER

The cover is limited to only your legal liability for any third party injury or property damage.

MAIN POLICY EXCLUSIONS

Our insurance does not cover loss, damage or liability arising from:

  • terrorism, war, nuclear-related events and radioactive contamination;
  • accident caused whilst the vehicle was driven by anyone under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.

YOUR POLICY OBLIGATIONS

Under the motor insurance you have to:

  • maintain your vehicle in efficient working condition;
  • inform us in writing as soon as possible when an accident that may give rise to a claim occurs;
  • refer to us immediately any claim or writ of summons served upon you.
